Mikaela Nell is a qualified Nutritional Scientist and certified Metabolic Balance Practitioner. She works with a small number of perimenopausal women each year — women whose biochemistry has shifted, whose results have stalled, and who need more than a meal plan.

5'11". Curvy. Optimal labs. Active endurance athlete. And someone who spent years searching for the answers she now teaches.
Mikaela holds an Honours degree in Nutritional Science, is a certified Metabolic Balance Practitioner, and trained under European medical standards that most practitioners never reach. She's also living through perimenopause herself — which means the science she brings to your work together is paired with genuine, unfiltered understanding of what this season actually feels like.
She works with 6–8 women per year. Every one of them gets all of her. That's the whole point, Grounded, authentic and present, to the end.

Phase 1: Metabolic Reset Foundation (Weeks 1-12)
Your plan is built from your blood work — not a template. Using the Metabolic Balance protocol, Mikaela recalibrates your metabolism at a cellular level. Most women notice meaningful changes within two to four weeks: energy returning, sleep deepening, hot flashes reducing, a body that finally starts to move in the right direction.

The investment
The Sérenité Women's Wellness Program is $2,999 NZD for the full 24 weeks.
This includes your blood work analysis, the Metabolic Balance protocol, the Metabolic Bridge Protocol, 9 one-on-one sessions, your Wellness Hub, and Mikaela's full support across six months. It also includes something that isn't on the list: a practitioner who is genuinely invested in you getting this right.
