About Me
Welcome to M Deats Wellness - here science meets serenity and nourishment begins with understanding.
I’m Mikaela, a qualified nutritional scientist, women’s health advocate and the voice behind The Serenite Women’s Wellness Podcast. My work is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and a deep respect for the complexity of the female body - especially during times of transition like perimenopause, burnout recovery and hormonal shifts.
Born in S.A, I moved to Europe when I was 18 and am I proud German Citizen through ancestry. Now based in New Zealand, I bring global perspective to wellness - One that is refined and deeply personal. My approach is softer and more nurturing than what is typically available here, offering women a space to exhale, reconnect and feel truly seen.
