Your plan is built from your individual blood work. Mikaela analyses your biochemistry and designs a Metabolic Balance protocol specific to you: your markers, your history, your starting point. This is not a generic plan adjusted for your preferences. It is built from your biology.
Most women notice meaningful change within two to four weeks: energy returning, sleep improving, hot flashes reducing, a body that begins to respond again. The protocol continues to develop across the full 12 weeks as your body responds and Mikaela adjusts accordingly.

Mikaela developed this phase herself, because she kept watching women lose their results the moment structure disappeared. The Metabolic Bridge teaches you to move from strict protocol to flexible, sustainable eating, with someone beside you through every step of that transition.
This is where you learn to eat socially, travel, manage disruption, and live inside your results without fear or constant calculation. The goal is a woman who no longer needs the programme.

The investment
The Sérenité Women's Wellness Program is $2,999 NZD for the full 24 weeksks.
This includes your blood work and full analysis, the Metabolic Balance protocol, the Metabolic Bridge Protocol, nine one-on-one sessions, your Wellness Hub, and Mikaela's full support across six months. The Metabolic Balance protocol alone costs approximately $1,000 per client. The remaining investment covers 24 weeks of clinical guidance, the Bridge Protocol, and the kind of support that is only possible when intake is limited to 6 to 8 women per year.

The Metabolic Clarity Consult is a single focused session designed to give you a clear picture of what is happening in your body, and what the path forward looks like for you specifically. It is a genuine clinical session, not a sales call dressed up as a consultation.
Before your session, you complete a detailed intake form that Mikaela reviews in full. The session itself is 60 minutes via video call: your blood work read through a metabolic lens, or a thorough symptom assessment if you do not have recent labs. You leave with a written action plan covering three to five clear priorities specific to your biology, yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed further. Two weeks later, a 30-minute follow-up session gives you the opportunity to review, adjust, and decide on next steps together.
The Metabolic Clarity Consult is $350 NZD and is credited in full toward Sérenité if you proceed.
